MOON CARE VISIT
We were meant to experience moon time as a sacred monthly re-set. A time to be cared for and tended to. A time to release and begin again. When we don't receive the care we need during this sacred portal, it reflects, not only in painful cycles and hormonal imbalances, but in every other area of our lives. This offering is for those who desire or require physical, emotional, or spiritual care during menstruation. I will cook you a nourishing meal, give you warm oil massages, guide you in journaling prompts, or simply hold space while you release what’s been burdening you. We have lost the sacredness of this time, and yet the sacredness prevails. Highly recommended for folks who suffer from endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, ovarian cysts, or who are experiencing perimenopause. *Moon care visits open to all regardless of gender identity.
