Sound healing is the ancient art of wielding vibration for the purpose of healing and re-balancing. It is particularly supportive during times of stress, high intensity, or just a general feeling of something being "off." You will set your intentions, and I will utilize my crystal singing bowls tuned to the healing frequency of 432hz, harmonium, voice, rattles, and bells to channel an experience that will calm, balance, inspire, and activate.

WRITING THE SOUL FREE: GUIDED WRITING SESSION

Utilizing the sacred portal of writing and the Bantu-Kongo cosmogram as our guides, we will tap into whatever aspects of your soul story wish to come forward to receive healing.  You will be guided in meditations, prompts, and doorways to communicate with your ancestral voices, guiding spirits, and any parts that want to be integrated and ultimately liberated.
